Fred is a chartered accountant. He possesses wealth of experience as a finance specialist. He joined WMB Childcare Limited with this experience. Fred holds a first-class degree in Business Administration. He is passionate about self-development. This motivated him to bag a distinction in Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Fred is skilled in resolving challenging customer and contractor related issues. He currently works as WMB Childcare Ltd Administrator and as the CEO’s Executive & Personal Assistant. Fred works directly with the CEO, the Directors, Managers and all staff team at WMB. He supports managers to resolve financial and administrative challenges and enhances the productivity of the whole management team at WMB.

Fred is disciplined and focused in developing his career as a CEO and a life-trainer. He is currently understudying and is being mentored by the CEO. He joined the company out of his passion to contribute in providing and laying early years foundation for the children through supporting the staff management team. Children are the future and our world depends on them. His passion is in line WMB Childcare Limited’s vision. He is passionate in contributing meaningful quota in the learning and development of the children. He is well beloved by all the children at the HQ.

He is currently undergoing a PhD in Business Administration with a view developing leadership and project management skills. He is undertaking self-developmental programmes to achieve his life long career ambition.
