Our Operations Director is Folake Omole. She has been working in the childcare sector since 1999. She understands that parents wants quality and safe childcare setting. She appreciates how parents’ feels when they leave their little ones with people they just have to trust as she herself have been in that position with her two children. She has seen parents cry on their child’s first day at nursery and have been able to reassure them that all will be well.

Folake counts it a great privileged and honour to be entrusted with other peoples children and one that she did not take for granted. Her understanding, passion and commitment to children and families brought about the opening of WMB Childcare Ltd nurseries in Manchester. Folake has a degree in Early Years and has also achieved an Early Years Professional Status. She has completed a Leadership and Management course at level 5. She is the Lead Practitioner at WMB Childcare Ltd and is supported by an enviable team of fantastic managers and lovely staff who has seen her passion for children over this past years and have been enthused by the same.

Folake’s ultimate goal is to set up outstanding nurseries that will build a solid early years foundation for Greater Manchester children especially in the disadvantaged areas of Manchester and to offer them the best care and education. She enjoys meeting with parents and building strong working relationships and partnership with them.

She is passionate about meeting her parents expectations and achieving outcomes for their children.
